Refund & Return Policy for Cartpop

We want you to be absolutely "popping" with joy over your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
• Perishable goods (if applicable)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items on "Final Sale"
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at cartpop.shop@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7] business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
